Stability in Five: Hip Extension vs. Lumbar Extension

This one is perfect or anyone who sits, needs to unglue their hip flexors, or does not know how to dissociate lumbar extension from hip extension (hint:  I am one of those people as you will easily be able to tell in the video).

If you sit for more than 30-60 minutes a day and/or get low back pain (or both!), this one should be mandatory every day.

This concept is foundational and will pop up in many more videos to come!
