This one is perfect or anyone who sits, needs to unglue their hip flexors, or does not know how to dissociate lumbar extension from hip extension (hint: I am one of those people as you will easily be able to tell in the video).
If you sit for more than 30-60 minutes a day and/or get low back pain (or both!), this one should be mandatory every day.
