Stability in Five: Planking for Front Rack Position


Ever get shoulder, elbow, or wrist pain while in the front rack position? Blame it on mobility? Well, it actually likely stems from the inability to use the serratus anterior to help hold the elbows up in a strong position and instead you allow the weight to be passively supported by the joints of the elbow and wrist. Give this go as part of your warm-up and see if it helps!
