Henry has a strong background in sports medicine and enjoys working with athletes of all ages. Through graduate school at Illinois State University and actively coaching CrossFit at Threshold Training, he recognized his passion of empowering others with the education and tools to succeed in their life or sport. These experiences have helped shaped how he integrates training and learning within rehabilitation to help patients reach their desired goals.
