Come join us Monday and Thursday to train to Keep Doing What You Love!
Instructed by Physical Therapist Casey Baczewski, DPT, of South Burlington Physical Therapy.
Goals of class are to maintain and improve ability to:
-Carry grocery bags
-Lift up laundry basket
-Go up and down stairs
-Walk around outside
-Run around with grandchildren
-Complete any recreational activity of your liking (Did someone say Golf?!?)
These activities can all be trained in a gym setting through proper guidance and instruction of step-ups, squat variations, weighted carries, biking, weight training, and more!
Where: Hosted at Threshold Training, 1879 Williston Road, South Burlington (same building as South Burlington Physical Therapy)
When: November 12th – December 17th, 2018* (no class on Nov. 22)
Thursdays: 1:30 – 2:30 pm
Cost: 5 or 10 class punch card available for purchase
