I began working with Casey about a year ago while I was recovering from a total knee replacement. My goal then was to return to crossfit with some confidence in my new knee. I was able to return to classes but soon suffered another setback with a torn bicep. Casey kept me focused on my recovery, slowed me down when necessary,( which was constantly) , and helped me return to a progressively more difficult exercise regiment. I am feeling better than I have in years and Casey is the main reason why. No question I had went unanswered and her many suggestions were always on point. Thanks Casey.
